Alan Platt first designed and built the Finesse 21 building 70 boats. In response to demand he designed the Finesse 24 starting production in 1968 ending in 1994/5 with 80 boats built.

This boat has been sold by Boatshed twice previously and she has been very well maintained over her life. The boat is now back in the water as of 6th June 2019.
