Broker's Comments

A substantial vessel, this Colin Archer designed cutter was built in 1995 and the subject of a refit in the winter of 2006/2007which involved new rigging, a new Z Spar Mast and boom and the installation of a new Beta Marine 75 HP Engine.

She is a go anywhere Motor/Sailor fitted out in wood to a good standard below. She has a compact cockpit area with a full-sized door leading to the roomy Wheelhouse with the helm central and a small chart table to port and all navigational equipment readily accessible. Also, off the wheelhouse is a toilet and shower. Forward and below, the galley is to port with a cooker, microwave, double sink and fridge.
Forward of the galley is the main saloon area which is extremely roomy with seating/berths on both sides and a port settee with a removerable saloon table.

Finally, the forward cabin consists of a standard v-berth arrangement with the option of an infill to form another double berth if required. A wet cabin heating is installed throughout the interior.

The boat has not been used in the past 5 years although the engine was serviced 2 years ago.

If you are looking for a bit of comfort afloat - she is well worth a viewing.
