Broker's Comments

This 1991 boat has been in the family since new and has just had over £8,000 spent on her earlier this year, including, spot welding as advised by the surveyor, blacking, new anodes, new galley and cooker, new shower, shower pump, 3 new batteries, new memory foam mattress, central heating gas boiler and new electrics. The boat was inspected again by the surveyor after the welding had been completed.

As you come in through the stern, you have the engine access hatches and general electrics, gas boiler and storage area.

As you go down the corridor you come to the galley with a brand new cooker, sink, fridge freezer and plenty of storage. Next is the saloon with a large built in seating area that coverts into a double bed, multi-fuel stove, radiator, Television and built in dressor.

Then you have the bathroom with the new shower, toilet, basin and built in vanity unit.

Then you come to the double bedroom with a hanging wardrobe on one side and a shelved wardrobe on the other side, under bed storage and over bed storage, privacy doors and radiator.

The headroom is good at 6'1 throughout the livings areas.
