Broker's Comments

This Colvic Atlanta 31 is an excellent example of this robustly constructed motorsailer. She has benefited, and continues to benefit, from a good programme of maintenance carried out her owner and is in regular use during the sailing season.

As with most Colvic built yachts, this Colvic Atlanta 31 was home finished. However, this yacht has had an extensive refit during the current ownership and is now fitted out to a very high standard. With on-board heating, an efficient fridge unit, pressurised hot and cold water and LED lighting, this yacht is equipped for long term cruising and as a liveaboard.

She has a vast array of navigation equipment, has recently been re-rigged and sports an impressive sail wardrobe, with the mainsail new in 2018. Winter storage and the 2020 launch fee is all paid up and therefore included.

If you are looking for a yacht of this type, this yacht should be on your list for consideration.
