Broker's Comments
This is a great opportunity to purchase a working Hotel/Houseboat on Liverpool's Waterfront. Presently it is on Airbnb and full every weekend and for major events. It has a big potential but the present owners have too much going on with other businesses and are not really able to maximise the potential.
The boat has just had an underwater survey and the report is available.
The boat could probably be moved to somewhere else such as London or Bristol using tug boats but this would need further investigation.
This enormous 1966 converted grain barge has been fitted with 6 en-suite bedrooms with power showers, allowing accommodation for up to 16 people.
The newly renovated barge is stylish and spacious with its own cinema room fitted with a projector, smart tv and blackout blinds. There are roomy social spaces both inside and outside. The Barge is accessed via its own entrance, straight off the car park.
Six ensuite double or triple bedrooms depending on your requirements. There are 4 identical en-suite double rooms downstairs with the recently completed 5th bedroom which also has the largest ensuite bathroom and is at the back of the barge adjacent to the cinema room. The 1st bedroom is immediately on the left as you walk onto the barge and is the easiest to access for any guests with mobility worries. It has the view of the Yacht Club and front deck seating area.
There are two sets of stairs at each end of the barge both next to exit doors letting out to the two sun decks. The lounge is huge with tv and music system and the well appointed kitchen has plenty of seating. Some bedrooms are doubles and some are triples and the bedrooms can be swapped and changed around.
