Broker's Comments

** 70 hours ONLY on virtually new engine! **

This very pretty looking yacht exudes all the traditional characteristics expected of an old looking wooden cutter like this.

With a small galley, loo and cosy saloon, she offers enough space for a family of four or friends, for a comfortable weekend's sailing - the owner attests to a surprising sailing performance.

Her upper deck looks very well maintained and contributes to her exterior appearance and there are hints of tradition strategically located around.

Whilst the traditional theme is the main thing here, she's backed up by modern systems and an engine that was new and fitted in 2014, with extremely low hours.

She is currently located at a private berth, with very cheap mooring fees, in a private arrangement - this may be possible to continue.
