Broker's Comments

The last to be built by eye by W. Weatherheads of Cockenzie in 1932 she worked as a Herring Drifter in the North Sea until 1979 when she went into private ownership and was refitted as a pleasure yacht. They raised the deck to give more headroom and had a comfortable yet still practical interior fitted.

In 2003 she had a major refit including all new systems, some new planking and hull work and a in 2007 a full engine overhaul including shaft and new Gleniffer gearbox

This is a fantastic example of a working boat that has been converted sympathetically and professionally, retaining her historical significance whilst being kept very much in the condition to continue to do what she was built for - to go to sea
