Broker's Comments

The Sadler 32 was designed to address the few perceived shortcomings of the classic Contessa 32 - both yachts coming from the design board of David Sadler. Originally intended as a cruiser racer she has found equal favour, especially in latter years, with cruising families who value thoroughbred performance. This deep fin model was active locally (I have known her from first hand experience since 1987) when she was a regular at Cork week and a frequent holder of silverware. Her present owner has had very little use of her for at least five years but judging by her condition she has been well maintained throughout her life and she is presented for sale in a clean and tidy state - this is quite unusual with most yachts 'of a certain age'. Her inventory is quite extensive and though she lacks some of the features that buyers these days seem to designate as necessities (showers and hot water spring to mind) but she is well equipped for serious cruising, both coastal and further afield, and she's keenly priced to sell. She's a 'good honest' fast cruising yacht with pleasing lines, good performance and virtually ready to launch and sail with plenty of life in her!
