The houseboat comprises of a large lounge, a newly fitted kitchen, bathroom and a large double bedroom. All rooms have an abundance of natural light.

Lounge: giving an approximate 4.7m x 3.0m’ area. There are two sets of French doors (garden and canal side) and a large new double-glazed window. A Morso ‘Squirrel’ stove with chimney and back boiler runs three radiators (kitchen/hallway/bedroom). Coal delivery can be accessed via various fuel carrying companies serving the canal.

Hallway: access to kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. A further set of French windows have access to garden

Kitchen (2.3 x 3m): A beautiful newly fitted white kitchen with electric oven incorporating an integrated electric hob with an overhead electric filter fan and lighting. A washing machine, larder and fridge freezer will remain upon the sale of the boat.
