This is a very substantial, possible "Live Aboard" motor boat, with the ability to motor off if needed.
The hull was originally built by a Welsh farmer for his sons to go commercial fishing but it never happened and fifteen years ago, the curent owner aquired the hull.
Bit by bit she fitted her out. The coachroof, deck and wheelhouse are all complete and appear very substantial and of good quality. There is no denying that she needs some finishing internally but the quality of the work complete so far appears to be very good. Work in the galley & forward cabin would be first on the list. The aft cabin is mostly complete but needs finishing.
The boat is large enough for an enthausiastic DIYer to move onto and complete whilst in residence.
The current mooring is a tidal river berth and she floats on nearly all high tides. There are no water or electric services to the boat. The berth is owned by Carrick District Council, Truro.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
