| Broker's Comments
Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. This is a rare ketch version of the Elizabethan 31. Centre cockpit, greater than normal headroom, long keel and medium/heavy displacement makes this yacht a very good long distance cruiser. I only had a short time on board but I quickly had the feeling she was solidly built. She is keenly priced for a quick sale as the owner is moving overseas.
