This is a typical unfinished project and a warning to all dreamers !

The money spent on this boat far exceeds the asking price. I'm told the keel is lead and at the current lead price it would fetch more than £2500.

The mast and boom are new and there is a re-built engine which would be difficult to test.

A good DIYer with a modest outlay to buy in the required parts could end up with a pretty decent boat.

I think this is a Bruce Roberts 345 but the owner calls it a BR 34.

These boat details are subject to contract.

Unsurprisingly, all offers on the asking price will be seriously considered as there are yard storage fees to pay. These will be settled from the sale by Boatshed to allow the boat to be released.

Please call me to talk it through before stampeding down to Cornwall !
